NGO stands for non-government organization. Private non-profit organizations are NGOs that work in various ways for the development of society and people and support the development of the government on the basis of donations from various donors.

So the work is multi-faceted. NGOs work on education, health, agriculture, food, housing, employment and other issues. There are two types of work in NGOs, one is project-based and the other is permanent. Students of any department, secondary and above, any qualification can work in various NGO organizations. People working in NGO organization can get monthly salary ranging from Rs.10000 to Rs.100000 depending on the qualification and nature of Job.
